About Coach Lynn Ellis

Background
I am a well-seasoned business veteran with vast experience in management, leadership, planning and human relations. My experience spans more than 12 years in the corporate world, working in the communications arena on clients such as Frito-Lay, Unilever, Chicago Board of Trade, Budget Rent a Car and Anheuser-Busch. 

Education
My educational background includes journalism, business and psychology along with specialized training from the leading coaching school, Coach University. I received my training at Coach University, America's foremost leader in coach training and is a member of the International Coach Federation. I am one of the most experienced and sought after coaches in the Austin area.

Experience
In the relatively new coaching industry, I have been a practicing coach for five years.  In working with my clients, I have dealt with issues such as increased responsibilities, self-confidence, sharpening management styles, inspiring team members, effective decision making, improving communication and job satisfaction.
